We believe that every family deserves to live better, smarter, and healthier. It is why we are setting a new standard in home construction, and design and leading the way to modern energy-efficient homes.

With an influx of residents and inflated home prices, it is becoming more difficult to live. Homeowners want change that could alleviate some of the housing pressure. We can achieve this by building “Green Healthy Container Homes”. What does that mean? GHCH is a whole house building strategy using elements that consume less energy; using sustainable, renewable, and recycled materials; conserving water, and promoting good indoor air quality.

Working with a highly qualified architect, we design and build these state-of-the-art eco-smart homes to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a green building certification program used worldwide to set a rating system for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings, homes, and neighborhoods, which aims to help building owners and operators be environmentally responsible and use resources efficiently.  It’s a rigorous energy efficiency credential that only a couple of other projects in the state have attempted to earn. For example, many of the elements used to design EcoTek homes go far beyond what local and state governments require. The houses will be wrapped in extra spray foam insulation, from floor to ceiling. The windows are double and triple pane and should feel just as warm to the touch as the walls. Other elements aimed at generating efficiencies include:

• Installing efficient and balanced heating/air conditioning systems and ventilation
• Installing Synthetic grass
• Using sustainable building materials including new shipping containers
• Using Honeycomb Ground Grid for driveways to percolate runoff and rainwater into our underground wells and rivers
• Using Grey Water Systems that will be filtered for re-use for 100% toilet flushing and irrigation.
• Using Tesla Solar Tile roofs and Tesla power walls for reusable energy.
• Using energy-efficient appliances
• Using local plants and materials
• Making sure construction waste is disposed of properly
• Applying extra spray foam insulation, from floor to ceiling
• Installing double and triple-paned windows
• Using shipping containers eliminates termite infestations
• Using recyclable material for construction i.e., PEX piping, recycled hardwood floors, metal studs, and shipping container for the main structure

* These applications can be applied to townhomes and ADU’s which are more cost-efficient and cost-effective.
